Personal Training offers you the opportunity to master various exercises and training techniques under the close supervision of your coach, regardless of your fitness goals.

Stop wasting time; for optimal results, you require personalized training tailored to your specific needs.

I provide personalized training sessions either at your home, outdoors, or at the gym in Peterborough. 


Personal training single person weekly payment:

1 Session per week - $80/hour 

2 Sessions per week - $75/hour 


Personal training single person pack:

5 Sessions - $75/hour 

10 Sessions - $70/hour

Weightloss :

Weight loss is the primary goal for many individuals at fitness centers, and it's an area where I have extensive experience. I've successfully guided numerous clients in reaching their weight loss goals.

Muscle Hypertrophy :

A goal that I consistently apply to myself, both in terms of training and nutrition. That's why I'm confident in my ability to support you in achieving this goal

Hyrox Race :

If you're new to the race and aiming to reach the finish line, or if you're looking to improve your time for the next one, I'm here to help and share my tips with you.
